Returns

We stand behind our products and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to do business with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your UBALL for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  (Returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.)

  • Please provide the original Invoice emailed to you.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping.
  • Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
  • Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent after your returned item is received by the UBALL fulfillment center.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
